Located at Cone Health’s Center for Women’s Healthcare in Greensboro, the clinic supports patients from pregnancy through 12 months postpartum, offering integrated prenatal care, behavioral health support, and medication management for substance use.

Led by a diverse team of doctors, midwives, nurse practitioners, peer support members, and behavioral health specialists, R.E.A.C.H. prioritizes dignity and whole-person care. Services include medications for opioid use disorder, accessible medication dispensing, connection to community resources, and education events.
